Dr. Brian Pfister is dedicated to providing comprehensive, biologically focused dental care that supports both oral health and overall wellness. Originally from Upland, California, he earned his degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Chemistry from Brigham Young University–Idaho before completing his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Western University College of Dental Medicine. There, he received advanced training in oral-systemic health and integrative, patient-centered care.
Dr. Brian Pfister has pursued extensive post-doctoral education in biomimetic and minimally invasive dentistry, with advanced training in CAD/CAM digital dentistry. He has extensive training in holistic surgical options utilizing all current holistic modalities, including ozone, PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin), Lasers, PEMF, and non-metal implants. Known for his focus on ceramic (zirconia) implant dentistry, offering patients metal-free, biocompatible solutions that align with a holistic approach to care. His experience in ceramic implant placement and restoration allows him to provide esthetic, durable, and biologically compatible alternatives to traditional titanium implants.
He is an active member of the Holistic Dental Association (HDA), the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), and the International Academy of Ceramic Implantology (IAOCI). Dr. Brian Pfister practices biological dentistry in accordance with the highest standards. He follows IAOMT protocols for safe mercury removal and incorporates advanced technologies such as ozone therapy and air abrasion to support minimally invasive treatment and preserve natural tooth structure whenever possible.
Utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostics, including CBCT imaging and phase-contrast microscopy, Dr. Brian Pfister carefully evaluates each patient’s oral and systemic health, with particular attention to inflammation and its impact on the body. His approach emphasizes prevention and collaboration to promote optimal oral health outcomes.
Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Brian Pfister regularly attends advanced training courses across the United States, with a continued focus on ceramic implant systems, biological dentistry, and innovative treatment modalities. His goal is to provide safe, evidence-based care using the most advanced materials and techniques available.
Outside the office, Dr. Pfister enjoys spending time with his wife—his high school sweetheart—and their five children. He is an avid outdoorsman, fisherman, and car enthusiast, often found exploring the outdoors with his boys.
